SEMI-PRIVATE

REFORMER PILATES

Welcome Home

Welcome to Homebody Studios Newport Beach: a special, intimate experience spun off from our larger group-format locations in Austin, Montecito, and Los Angeles.

This Newport Beach studio brings our signature reformer method into a more personal setting, with just four reformers. The result is a supportive, highly personalized, and deeply challenging class experience designed to meet you exactly where you are.

Whether you found us through a friend or stumbled upon us via social media, we’re so grateful you’re here. Our community is truly something special, and we can’t wait to welcome you into the space.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Classes at Homebody Studios Newport Beach are designed to feel intentional, focused, and deeply personalized.

With only four reformers in the room, you can expect significantly more individual attention than a traditional group fitness class.

Our method is athletic and challenging, while remaining rooted in classical Pilates principles. Expect a full-body flow that builds strength, stability, and endurance — with an emphasis on control, breath, and mindful movement.

Because of the intimate nature of the space, classes often feel more like private or semi-private training, even though you’re moving alongside others. You’ll be supported and challenged in the best way.

THE RUNDOWN

  • We’re located at 1211 W Bay Avenue, Newport Beach, CA 92661. Classes are hosted in the backside of the home at this address.

You may park anywhere along the street out front. Upon arrival, enter through the left side of the house using the side door.

    • If the side door is closed, it simply means we’re not quite ready yet — feel free to hang out for a few minutes or take a short walk to enjoy the bay just steps away.

    • If the side door is open, head inside and walk down until you see our Homebody Studios A-frame sign and welcome mat — that’s where we’ll greet you.

    • Grip socks

    • Water

    • A towel (optional)

We also have these items available for purchase if you need them.

  • We also ask that clients arrive a few minutes early, move thoughtfully through the space, and remain mindful of the quiet, residential setting surrounding the studio. This allows us to maintain a calm, respectful environment for both our community and our neighbors.

Come ready to work, to focus, and to leave feeling strong, steady, and taken care of.

  • If you have any questions at all, feel free to email us at newport@homebodystudios.co we’re always happy to help.
